Case study · Agriculture and fisheries

Project overview

Challenge

PRP „Sveti Nikola” D.O.O. Sečanj has been operating since 1999 across five production branches, on more than 5,000 hectares of land and 1,000 hectares of fish ponds in Neuzina and Banatska Dubica.

Solution

Instead of one page trying to explain everything, production was split into branches with their own entry points.

Outcome

Visitors immediately grasp the scale of the operation and reach the production branch they came for — fisheries, field crops, vegetables, orchards or livestock — without wandering.

The challenge

PRP „Sveti Nikola” D.O.O. Sečanj has been operating since 1999 across five production branches, on more than 5,000 hectares of land and 1,000 hectares of fish ponds in Neuzina and Banatska Dubica. For a company like this the web problem is not a lack of content but the opposite — so many activities that they collapse into an unreadable list. A fish buyer, a grain trader and a job applicant arrive with three completely different intentions.

02

The solution

Instead of one page trying to explain everything, production was split into branches with their own entry points. Each branch has its own page, its own photography and its own path to contact. The homepage exists only to establish scale and send the visitor in the right direction.

02

Production. Fisheries, field crops and orchards, each with its own entry.

03

Scale as the first argument

For an agricultural company, trust is built through numbers and a view of the land. So the homepage leads with an aerial shot showing the size of the estate before a single sentence of copy appears. It is the fastest way to separate a serious partner from a small producer.

04

Three intentions, three paths

The site separates three visitor types: buyers and traders looking for a product, business partners checking capacity, and candidates looking for work. Each has an entry point in the navigation instead of all of them landing on the same contextless contact form.

05

Why this matters

A company with five production branches is easiest to lose on the web inside its own breadth. A structure that respects how visitors actually search turns that variety from a problem into an argument.
